Die Mitarbeiter:innen des deutschen Vereins von Handicap International haben Schweigepflicht, das heißt sie dürfen grundsätzlich nicht über die Beratung reden. Ich erlaube dem Handicap International e.V. (Beratung des Projektes Crossroads | Flucht. Migration. Behinderung, Handicap International e.V. werden mir helfen meine Angelegenheiten zu verstehen, die Entscheidungen aber nicht für mich treffen. Die Entbindung von der Schweigepflicht gilt längstens bis 31.12.2026. Diese Einwilligung kann jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen werden. / The employees of Project Crossroads | Refugees. Migrants. Disability, Handicap International e.V. will help me understand my situation but will not make decisions for me. This confidentiality release is valid until no later than 31/12/2026. I can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. The participants' data (particularly name, date of birth, gender, nationality, health data copy of residence permit and participation in the various forms of counselling) are stored in our project administration, processed electronically and may be used by the funding authority (EU, Federal Office for Migration and Refugees in Germany [Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge in Deutschland]) to check that the funds are being used properly. No counselling can take place without consent to this data transfer.
